ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 28.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 341, 302 & 109 IPC in Crime No.126 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to property dispute, the petitioner attacked the deceased with Aruval. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody from 28.07.2016 onwards. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned

Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m.
