ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to release the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in crime No. not known of 2017 on the file of the respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the intervener. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 13.10.2017 in Chamber, in compliance of the order of this Court dated 09.10.

"Pursuant to the orders dated 20.04.2017, 29.06.2017, 19.09.2017, 05.10.2017 and 09.10.2017 both the parties and their respective counsel were present. The matter was taken up for hearing in the chamber and as agreed upon earlier, 13.10.2017, the petitioners paid the balance amount sum of Rs.1,04,196/- along with Rs.4000/- interest totalling a sum of Rs.1,08,196/- to the de-facto complainant. A compromise memo has also been filed to that effect by the respective parties. As per the compromise memo the de-facto complainant will not have any claim against the petitioners in future and the rights of the de-facto complainant in respect of her husband is always left open for her to agitate the same in the manner known to law."
4.In pursuance of the aforesaid order dated 13.10.2017 the defacto complainant has received all the house hold articles belonging to her and as on today she has no claim from the petitioners. 5.Recording the above said statement made by the defacto complainant and also recording the compromise memo dated 13.10.2017, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. The compromise memo shall form part of this order.
