Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2021 of 2024 dated 09.02.2024. 1/3

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioners, since they are unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD).No.2021 of 2024 dated 09.02.2024. 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 09.02.2024 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically vacated.
