ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners on the basis of the petitioners' representation dated 25.02.2026.
2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the third respondent, who is the tenant, is continuously lodging police complaints against them, and at his instigation, the second respondent Police is harassing them. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent police 1 and 2, submitted that the complaint against the petitioners has been closed. It is needless to point out that the police officials shall not interfere in the landlord and tenant dispute. 4.With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
