ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners / A6 and A7, who were arrested on 06.04.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 323, 324 and 307 of IPC., on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel between two group of people regarding alleged missing of a cell phone, there was an attack wherein the defacto complainant sustained severe bodily injury. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the defacto complainant as intervenor submits that the elders have prevailed upon the group and now they have arrived at a compromise and the defacto complainant has no objection to grant bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the injured person discharged from the Government Hospital and taking treatment in a Private Hospital.

4. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i)the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District; (ii)the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders; (iii)the petitioners shall not tamper with the evidence or witness either during investigation or trial; (iv) the petitioners shall not abscond either during investigation or trial;

(v)on breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioners in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioners released on bail by the Magistrate/Trial Court. sd/- 24/04/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
