COMMON JUDGMENT (Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN,J) When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no appearance on behalf of the appellant either in person or through counsel. Further, a perusal of the cause list shows that the appellant has not paid batta for service of Court notice, as ordered by this Court and proof also not filed for service of private notice on the respondent. This shows that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting these appeals. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2.In view of the above, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
