This contempt petition has been filed as against the respondent for non complying with the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.20414 of 2021, dated 09.12.2021.

2.The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the order has been complied with by proceedings in Na.Ka.Na.2506/2022/F3, dated 29.03.2022 and he has also produced a copy of the same.

3. In view of the above submission and the proceedings, this contempt petition stands closed.
