This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry.

Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed her under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the petitioner's husband is an accused in robbery case and that

the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.
