O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to grant police protection for the petitioners life and limb as well as to construct the gate and fencing the property in Survey No.62/1C situated in Sanganaperi village, Sivagiri taluk, Tenkasi district as per Rule 21 of Tamilnadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents No.3 to 5 would submit that the suit in O.S.No.35 of 2023, is pending before the I Additional District Court, Sivagiri.

3. In view of the above said pendency of the civil suit between the wife of this petitioner namely Samuthirajothi and the private respondents, there shall be a direction to the parties to workout their 2/4

remedy in the pending civil process itself.

4. In view of the above said direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
