Respondents Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the 1st respondent to provide police protection to the twin brothers as per the petition of the petitioner dated 12.04.2017 and pass such further other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the above case.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to provide police protection to the twin brothers as per the petition of the petitioner dated 12.04.2017.

2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that on the complaint given by R4 against this petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.65 of 2017.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry and the Police are directed to call both the parties for enquiry and ensure that no harm befalls the petitioner.
