Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.M.RAJA RAVI VARMA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition is filed to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl.O.P(MD). No.23558 of 2023 dated 28.12.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioners, since they are unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD).No.23558 of 2023 dated 28.12.2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 28.12.2023 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically vacated.
