Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, quashing the proceedings of the first respondent in S.M.Na.Ka.No.51836/2020-4/B-1 dated 16.12.2020 in respect of allotting Territorial Jurisdiction to third respondent in the jurisdiction of Usilampatty and Peraiyur Taluks of Madurai District and retain the said Taluks in the territorial jurisdiction of second respondent. ************ [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.S.Manohar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.P.Narayana Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

W.P.[MD]No.7766 of 2021 been filed by the hereditary trustee of Arulmigu Badrakali Amman Temple, Peraiyur, challenging the proceedings of the first respondent dated 16.12.2020.

3.The said proceedings is a composite proceeding in respect of territorial jurisdiction conferred on various hierarchy of authorities in the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department. It is not clear as to how the petitioner could be aggrieved by an internal working arrangement made by the head of the department. We find that the petitioner has absolutely no locus standi to challenge the administrative decision taken by the respondent department and we find that there is absolutely no public interest involved in this Writ petition.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
