ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 to A2, who were arrested on 02.04.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC., and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.217 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 02.04.2017, there was a wordy quarrel arose between the petitioners and the defacto complainant regarding affixing the poster. Consequently, the accused abused the defacto complainant with filthy language and attacked the defacto complainant by using wooden log and caused severe life threat to the defacto complainant with dire consequences. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and due to influence of the defacto complainant, they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the accused persons damaged the glass of the window worth about Rs.1000/-.

5.Considering the nature of the alleged offence and the submissions made by both sides, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Paramakudi;

(iii) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders; (iii) the petitioners shall not tamper with the evidence or witness either during investigation or trial; (iv) the petitioners shall not abscond either during investigation or trial;

(v)on breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioners in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioners released on bail by the Magistrate/Trial Court. sd/- 21/04/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
