ORDER

It is an application seeking transfer the investigation pending complaint dated 25.01.2016 with the second respondent to some other competent officer in the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police under the first respondent and to conduct investigation under the supervision of this Court within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the investigation has been completed and it has been closed.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner.
