Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents to reinvestigate and to trace out the offending lorry and its driver in Crime No.11 of 2015 dated 04.01.2015 under Section 304(A) of IPC on the file of the second respondent police.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to reinvestigate and to trace out the offending lorry and its driver in Crime No.11 of 2015 dated 04.01.2015 under Section 304(A) of IPC.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police have filed a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Manapparai as "undetected".
3. As already held by this Court, this report cannot be termed as final report. The respondent police is directed to continue with the investigation till final report is filed under section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
