ORDER
The petitioner is apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 506(i) IPC r/w Section 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Jurisdictional Court. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge cum P.C.R.Court at Ramanathapuram is directed to accept the surrender and consider and pass orders on the petitioner's bail application on the same day.
