(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.,) It is seen that the Bank has considered the representation of the petitioner and has rejected the same. The learned Counsel for the respondents / Bank submitted that they have communicated the rejection order to the petitioner on 04.06.2020 and another copy through mail on 10.06.2020. But the learned Counsel for the petitioner refuted the same and submitted that he has not received any copy from the Bank. At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the respondents / Bank intervened and undertook that they would furnish another copy to the petitioner through mail, by today itself.
2. In such view of the matter, we do not find any merit in this writ petition and the same is accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
