ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 320, 8 IPC and Section 6(b), 24(1) of TOBBACO Act, 2003, Cigarette and other TOBBACO product Act, 2003, in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is running a petty shop and selling tobacco products. Hence, the case. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that this is second petition for anticipatory bail and the first petition was withdrawn by the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner is having six previous cases.

4.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
