O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to alter the FIR and include the Section 3(1)(g) of SC/ST in Crime No.11 of 2012 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 03.09.2016.

2. In the considered opinion of this Court, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted, because this Court cannot direct the Police as to how they should investigate a criminal case. It is beyond the jurisdiction of this Court to issue such directions.

3. Hence, this petition is closed.
