ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 28.11.2025 made in W.P.(MD)No.34118 of 2025.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the orders of this Court have been complied with, accordingly, proceedings dated 27.03.2026 have been issued.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 27.03.2026 in accordance with law, if he is so advised.
