2.Heard Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants and Mr.M.Mohamed Zamil, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and considering the fact that the first respondent has no objection to the condonation of delay, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered. 4.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the appeal "for admission" in the usual course.
