2.In the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the status report filed by the respondent police, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, to complete the proceedings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance before this Court after completion of the trial. 3.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
