3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the petition if it is otherwise in order. Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.N.Tamil Mani, learned counsel for the respondents while listing the appeal for admission.
