On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by one Murugeswari against this petitioner, a petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 07.03.2017 by advising both the parties to approach the concerned Civil Court for appropriate remedies.
