: Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, directing the Respondents 2 and 3 to expedite and conclude the investigation in respect of the suspicious death of the Petitioner's husband by name Balasundram which has been registered as a case under section 174 of Criminal Procedure Code in Crime No.143 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent and also an appropriate direction to the first respondent to monitor the same periodically and regularly forthwith.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to expedite and conclude the investigation in respect of the suspicious death of the petitioner's husband by name Balasundram, which has been registered as a case under section 174 Cr.P.C., in Crime No.143 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent and also to issue appropriate direction to the first respondent to monitor the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the respondent police has filed an alteration report for an offence under Section 304 (A) IPC before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai.

3.The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
