Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 3rd respondent to issue the petitioner the evaluation certificate for his course of trained teachers certificate bearing Reg. No. 0884112 issued by the Government of Kerala Department of Education.
