The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 16 days in preferring the appeal, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.391 of 2022 dated 30.06.2025 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special Subordinate Court to deal with MCOP cases, Dindigul.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
