Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to call for the records and Set-Aside the Judgment dated 17.12.2020 passed in Crl.A.No.26 of 2019 on the file of the Learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram, confirming the conviction and sentence imposed upon the petitioner in C.C.No.43 of 2012 on the file of Learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District dated 18.11.2019 and Acquit the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1386 of 2021 in Crl.RC(MD)No.122 of 2021, dated 26.02.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1386 of 2021 in Crl.RC (MD)No.122 of 2021, dated 24.02.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
