ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file charge sheet in Crime No.26 of 2014 within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), would submit that as per the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.358 of 2015 dated 26.06.2015, the respondent police conducted investigation and closed the case as 'mistake of fact' on 25.01.2016.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
