This petition is filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner and his her husband, by considering his representation dated 08.09.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner shall approach the third respondent police with necessary documents and the third respondent police will give protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner and her husband.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The third respondent shall take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and also directed to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her husband.
