ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 174 @ 149, 498(a), 342, 302 and 201 of I.P.C., in Crime No. 245 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed on 19.03.2020 by the learned Judge https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.5819 of 2020 of this Court.

4. I am of the view that there is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to apply for regular bail.
