ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.103 of 2017, dated 04.02.2017 on the file of the first respondent.

2. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet filed on 20.03.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thoothukudi.

3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since chargesheet was already filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
