ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking examination of a petition in Na.Ka.No.A2/79/2022 dated 11.01.2022 in respect of the property comprised in Old Survey No.85/3 New Survey No.320/8 situated at Moongiloorani village, Mangulam Group, Manamadurai Taluk,

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the writ petition has been filed seeking a direction against the second respondent / The Tahsildar, Manamadurai Taluk Office, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District.

3. It is today(21.04.2023) represented that orders had been passed by the Tahsildar on 31.03.2023 in Na.Ka.No.A6/2178/2022 dated 31.03.2023, wherein the Tahsildar had directed the petitioner to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer.

4. It would only be appropriate that the petitioner approaches the appropriate authority for the relief sought.

5. This writ petition stands disposed of by giving a direction to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority within a reasonable time. No costs.
