This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the the second respondent not to interfere with the matter purely civil in nature and not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that it is a case of case and counter and both complaints have been enquired and closed as mistake of fact. Subsequently both parties have given complaints repeatedly and the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. is also initiated in this case.

In view of the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with costs and the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) to the Mediation and Conciliation centre attached to this Bench within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
