This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that after investigation, FIR has been registered in Crime No.75 of 2017, on 18.01.2017, against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 420 and 471 of IPC.
