ORDER

The civil revision petition stands allowed at the time of admission after dispensing with notice on the respondent as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondent.

2. The Petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2018 before the Sub Court, Paramakudi to dissolve the marriage between the petitioner and 1/4

the respondent. The petitioner and the respondent have got married on 14.02.2013 and have two children. According to the petitioner, the respondent was diagnosed with HIV, which came to the knowledge of the petitioner only at the birth of child and that the respondent has suppressed. Hence, the petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2018 to dissolve the marriage under Section 13(1)(i)(i-a)(i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act.

3. Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2018, the Family Court shall endeavour to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 15 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed with the above observations. No costs.
