Respondents Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner, including the petitioner's property as well based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2017 and 03.04.2017 within a time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner, including the petitioner's property as well based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2017 and 03.04.2017.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has obtained an order of injunction in I.A.No.438 of 2016 in O.S.No.38 of 2016 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Ilayankudi against the respondents 3 to 6 and that the respondents 3 to 6 are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

floating the order of injunction. In this regard, the petitioner has given representations dated 23.03.2017 and 03.04.2017 to the respondent and is now before this Court.

3. Mr.M.Senthur Pandian of Ilayankudi Police Station is present. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending .

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry and the respondent police are directed to call both the parties for enquiry and ensure that the order of injunction granted by the Civil Court is not floated or violated, unless the same is modified by the said Court.
