O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take action by considering the petitioner's complaints, dated 20.02.2025 and 24.02.2025, within stipulated time prescribed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, one Kamaraj, Deivendran and Kasi Ammal have trespassed into the property of the petitioner and also caused damages to the boundary stones, thereby, the petitioner has sent complaints to the respondents on 20.02.2025 and 24.02.2025 to take action, but the same were not considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have received the complaints of the petitioner and assigned CSR No.88 of 2025. The enquiry is pending and the same will be disposed of within a period of one week.

4.Considering the prayer of the petitioner sought for in this writ petition and recording the submission of the respondents, this Court 2/4

hereby directs the 2nd respondent to dispose of the enquiry in CSR No.88 of 2025 within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law.

5.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
