C-60.To entirely relax the condition of daily appearance imposed by this Honble Court in Crl OP(MD) NO.1695 of 2026 dt.29.01.2026 or in the alternative, modify the condition to as and when required by the Respondent police, and thus render justice.

ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1695 of 2026 dated 29.01.2026. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly. Further, the investigation is pending.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1695 of 2026 dated 29.01.2026. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1695 of 2026 dated 29.01.2026 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required. 04-03-2026 To
