3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime NO.51 of 2015 is completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Magistrate Court and the same was not taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
