Pleased to allow this appeal and set aside the Judgment and conviction dated 28-06-2018 by the learned Special Judge for the trial of cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Madurai in Special Case No.64 of 2011 and acquit the appellant. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJARAM.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.8265 of 2018 in Crl.A.(MD) No.378 of 2018, dated 30.10.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that he is suffering from cerebral atrophy with chronic ischemic changes and due to the health condition, the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.

4. In the light of the above health conditions, condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.8265 of 2018 in Crl.A.
