Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent relating to the Award dated 13/09/2006 in I.D.No. 217/1994 quash the same in so far as it relates to the denial of 50% of pay for the period of suspension for non employment and issue consequential directions to the second respondent to disburse full pay and allowances to the petitioner from 08/06/1992 to the date of reinstatement of the petitioner in service with 12% interest on belated payment.
