O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner based on the representation dated 21.03.2017 and her children to live with safety and security in the matrimonial house bearing D.No.28/38, Sasthankarai, Colachel Post, Kanyakumari District

2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.58 of 2017.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry and the respondent police are directed to call both the parties for enquiry and ensure that no harm befalls either to the petitioner or to the 3rd respondent.
