ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10052 of 2025 dated25.11.2025 for surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti 2.Heard both sides.

3.This Court already passed order dated 10.03.2026 by extending the time for surrender by 15 days and thereafter posted the case for reporting compliance. Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed in the order dated 25.11.2025, considering the reasons stated in the petition, time is extended for another one month for producing sureties before the trial Court.
