Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHU GANESA PANDIAN K, Advocate for the Appellants and of MR.S.CHANDRA SEKAR, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM.,J) This petition has been filed to relax the condition stipulated by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6510 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD).No.241 of 2020, dated 27.01.2021.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners belong to the State of Kerala and as per the order of this Court, they have been complying the condition regularly by staying at Trichy. It is further submitted that in view of the Pandemic situation, it is very difficult for the petitioners to comply the condition.
3. Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would state that except only one day, the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
4.
