This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10063 of 2025 dated25.11.2025 for surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti 2.Heard both sides.

3.This Court already passed order dated 16.03.2026 by extending the time for surrender by 15 days and thereafter posted the case for reporting compliance. Since the petitioners unable to comply with the condition imposed in the order dated 25.11.2025, time is extended for another one month for producing sureties before the trial Court.
