This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2. Mr.K.Sivaji Ganesan, Sub-Inspector of Police, Y.Othakadai Police Station, Madurai District is present. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by one Lenin, a petition enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.844 of 2016 against this petitioner and the same has been closed on 27.12.2016.
