ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 66D,66E and 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 in Crime No.48 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that on 23.09.2016, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, which was subsequently extended upto 21.10.2016.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is alleged to have created a fake Face Book account by using the name and photograph of the defacto complainant and uploaded some awkward opinion about him.

5. Taking note of the serious nature of the offences alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
