ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner would submit that the grounds not raised by the Bank in the Writ proceedings are taken into consideration by the Writ Appellate Court and the directions issued by the Writ Court was modified. Therefore, further modification is to be issued in the review proceedings.

2.Re-adjudication of merits in the review proceedings is impermissible. The ground for appeal cannot be considered in the review petition. In the present case, the petitioner has not established any error apparent on record, warranting interference by this Court to exercise the power of judicial review. Thus, this Review Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
