Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No. A4/30493/2012 dated .12.2012 signed on 12.12.2012 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the Respondent NO.1 to appoint the petitioner in the post of Grade II Police Constable with consequential benefits by which process of recruitment was complete.
